The proposals have had careful regard to the site constraints, including the flood zone which will be avoided and its wider surroundings as well as the requirements set out in the Local Plan site allocation.
We will be seeking full planning permission for up to 90 dwellings.
The proposed development will be accessed off Ockham Road North and will also connect with other pedestrian and cycle routes. The existing access point and road will be upgraded and utilised for the proposed development.
The application will be accompanied by a number of detailed plans showing how the development will be accommodated on the site.
